This rice mix is packed with a variety of good carbs along with their unique set of micronutrients. The five grains were specially chosen to balance taste, texture and nutrition. This is a firm and chewy mix, a great first introduction to upgrading your rice. This rice mix is higher in fibre and will help you feel more sustained after the meal.
This rice is a good substitute for plain brown rice in meal preps and helps add a variety of starches.
Contains brown rice, red rice, mung beans, millet, pearl barley (allergen in bold).
Feel free to dilute it further with white rice if you’re experimenting. When 5-Grain rice mix is cooked, it is a sienna hue. The mung beans will lose their colour and some will burst. This is okay.

Glutenous black rice porridge is eaten throughout South East Asia, and you may have seen it under the dessert section at your local Thai restaurant. The secret is: it's traditionally served for breakfast - we think it is a fantastic idea so we would like to share this with you.
Our porridge mix is a combination of Glutenous black rice and Glutenous white rice for a fluffy and soft porridge texture. We'd recommend you cook a little more than needed and keep it in the fridge to eat over a few days to save time on breakfast preparations - just scoop it out and heat it up in the microwave. It's perfect for rushed mornings, and you can sweeten it with syrup, agave, coconut sugar or brown sugar. Top it with fruits or nuts, flood it with plant milk (we vouch for coconut milk or coconut cream) and kids will love it. It is low GI, vegan and gluten-free.
*Yup, we know our label reads "pudding" - consider it as permission to eat pudding for breakfast. 😁
